What is microneedling
Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses a device with fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates the body’s natural healing response, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin. We are then able to infuse serums specific to your concerns to further enhance results.
At Nisha Aesthetics, microneedling treatments are performed in a clinical setting using high-quality, medical-grade devices to ensure safety and effectiveness.
How does it work?
The microneedling device creates tiny, precise punctures in the skin. As the skin repairs itself, collagen and elastin production increases, resulting in a smoother and more refined complexion over time.

Microneedling can treat many different skin concerns. At Nisha Aesthetics, we have partnered with Mesoestetic to create beautiful custom serums to be infused during your treatments. The combination of custom serum and microneedling can assist with:

How often should i have microneedling?
We recommend a series of 3–6 treatments, spaced approximately 4 weeks apart.
However, the number of sessions needed depends on your individual skin concerns and goals, which will be discussed during your consultation.
What is the downtime?
Following treatment, you may experience redness, mild swelling, and sensitivity similar to a light sunburn for 24 hours.
In the following days, we call this the 'purging' period where you may experience some dryness or flaking and potential breakouts as the skin begins to renew.
As a result, we recommend this treatment approximately 10-14 days before any event.
